Carnage was live from Vancouver in beautiful British Columbia. It was reported that SIW superstar “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi was caught with steroids at the border and was refused entry in Canada. Former SIW Tag Team Champions The Ghost and Rick Theodore had some complications as well since their pain killers were questionable. Fans were delighted however when hometown diva, “The Sexy Slayer” Envy made her much anticipated return to Carnage to fight Michelle. Envy came out with Michelle’s Playboy magazine and ripped it into pieces which made Michelle freak out and attack her. Envy won her return match after delivering the Green Envy to get a pin fall. At the end of the match, as the crowd was celebrating with Envy, an evil female voice was heard over the sound system telling Envy she hates everything about her and that her happiness won’t last for long because she is coming for her.

James Airington made a surprise appearance for the second time in two week and without hesitation called out his opponent from last week James Muret. As Muret walked in the ring with his briefcase, Airington congratulated him on a good match last week but expressed he was concerned about something. He said it would in the best interest of the SIW if he was the owner of that briefcase since he is the superior wrestler of the two. Muret said that one match doesn’t mean anything and besides he just got lucky. Although the respect is there, you can feel the tension in the ring and then Airington made a challenge for the money in the bank at Road To Glory and Muret accepted.

The new SIW Lightweight Champion OG Valentino took on Japanese sensation Hiro Takada in his first title defense. They had a good match but moments later “Street Kid” David O’Conner sent Valentino head first in the steel post which gave him the win by disqualification. He then hit Hiro with a folded steel chair across his back and called for a mic. O’Conner said that he should be fighting Valentino and not that slanted eyed Jap Takada since he defeated both of them on Breakdown last Saturday. Titan then came out and told him to shut up because he will have his match next week. It will be a triple threat match between O’Conner, Takada and Valentino for the SIW Lightweight Championship but if he lost, he would have to suffer some kind of punishment.

After a commercial break, Christina York got a few words from SIW veteran Terror Soule concerning his match with the SIW Heavyweight Champion Angel. Terror said he was happy Titan booked this match because he has some unfinished business with Angel. Terror reminded Angel of Titan’s stipulation that he has to only beat him once to win but Angel has to get two falls to get the victory.

The next match was probably the sickest match in SIW history. It was an electric chair match for the SIW Extreme Championship between Dark Tiger and the champion Tony “The Bull” Viction. The barbed wire around the chair was powered with high voltage and designed to fry someone. They tried to fight outside of the ring as much as possible but after Tiger missed a closeline Viction pushed him into the commentary table and rammed his head into a monitor several times. Back in the ring, Viction nailed Tiger with a DDT and then went to the top rope for a high risk maneuver but as he jumped, Tiger caught him in mid air and bodyslammed Viction into the electric chair which broke but still electrocuted Viction till officials rushed out to unplug the charge. Dark Tiger walked away with the Extreme title as paramedics checked on Viction in the ring.

A preview for Breakdown in Vermillion, South Dakota. “The Indestructible” Ian Bishop will take on “Mr. Money In the Bank” James Muret in the main event. Also on the card is a triple threat diva match between Angelica Hunt, Envy and Heaven Lee.

The new SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B decided the only way to take out Titan was to beat him so bad he can’t come to work anymore. Sylk and Klubber walked down the hall and busted down his door and were frightened at what they saw. Titan had his pants down having sex with some slut. Klubber pulled out his digital camera from his jacket pocket and took several shots of this priceless moment. After pulling up his pants, Titan went after them but they were long gone running at the end of the hall.

In the next tourney match, Bishop was introduced as “The Indestructible” Ian Bishop as he took on Brandon Gateman who was accompanied by Michelle who gave out free copies of her playboy magazine. Bishop grabbed one and pretended to whack off to it but out of nowhere Brandon attacked him and the match got underway. Bishop didn’t look indestructible at the beginning of the match as Brandon whipped him from corner to corner and leveled him with closelines and corner splashes. After being dominated by Gateman, Bishop got back into the match after hitting Brandon with a low blow which ref Frank Wellington failed to see. Late in the match, after a few high impact moves, Bishop put him away via pin fall with the Cyclone.

Christina York was scheduled to interview Matt Uzi but instead his agent Kyle Manson made his way to the ring and said that due to some bogus accusations his client was unavailable. He said it was ironic that he was stopped for drugs trying to enter the heroin capital of the world, Vancouver. He threatened Angel and told him by the end of the night he was going to spill blood just like his client did at Saying Alive. The SIW Heavyweight Champion Angel came out to confront him and warned him he was seconds away from getting knocked out. Manson dared him to hit him in the face and then Angel punched him in the jaw and delivered a DDT. Angel locked in the Judgment Sharpshooter until Polar’s security team pulled him off.

Fans cheered on the SIW North American Champion Bozz Man as he took on Ragin’ Craig in the semi finals of the tournament. Bozz weakened Craig’s ankle throughout the match so he apply the Bozzinator. Off the ropes both men leveled each other with a double closeline. Bozz put one arm over Craig for the cover but Jill distracted the ref by jumping on the apron. Late in the match Bozz whipped Craig off the ropes and he bumped into the referee by mistake. Bozz pushed Jill off the apron and locked in the Bozzinator. Craig tapped out but the ref was out which gave Rikki Cook the opportunity to run out and assault Bozz. Rikki nailed him with the High Temperature and put Craig on top of him for the cover. The referee came to his senses and counted a slow pin fall and awarded the match to Ragin’ Craig who had no idea what happened.

Brawl for All - For those that missed this week's Monday Night Brawl on the FX network.

After a commercial break, Bozz Man went looking for “Red Hot” Rikki Cook backstage and even his locker room. He searched everywhere but Cook was nowhere to be found. Bozz started yelling for him after trashing his locker room and asked several staff member if they saw him and they all said no. Bozz destroyed some electrical equipment and said that Cook can’t hide forever.

In a tragic moment, Ragin’ Craig and a dozen paramedics surrounded Jill in her locker room after Craig found her unconscious in a pool of her own blood. Craig said he went to get two bottles of water after their match and came back to find her on the ground. The suspect left a note saying that he or she is coming for Craig next week. Jill was rushed by ambulance to the Vancouver General Hospital.

”The Forbidden Shadow” Terror Soule took on the SIW Heavyweight Champion in the main event. Titan’s stipulations were that Angel had to get two falls to win the match. Soule and Angel battled in a nostalgic confrontation which brought back a lot of memories. Soule hit Angel with a pump handle slam and went for his flying head butt off the top rope but the champ moved out of the way at the last second. Angel delivered his Atonement Spear and pinned him after the Salvation Splash. As the match continued, Terror Soule got the upper hand after delivering a neck breaker. All of a sudden this Joshua Matthews guy from OWO came in the ring and hit Terror with the Connecticutter. The ref called the match a DQ in Soules favor which left Angel with disappointment even though he got a pin fall. Soule and Matthews battled up the entrance ramp while Bishop appeared from the crowd and broke Purgatory with a shot at Angel’s skull. Very proud of himself, Bishop looked down on Angel and Purgatory shattered in pieces as Carnage ended.
