Jimmy Hayden welcomed the Nebraska crowd to Thursday Night Carnage. He did a quick review of Road To Glory and then got interrupted by the SIW Hardcore champion Grunge. Grunge talked shit and then punched Hayden in the mouth. The first match was for the SIW Hardcore championship. Grunge was set to take on Garth Rivers. Grunge taunted the crowd in the ring as his opponent never showed up and he won by forfeit. He then went on saying how great he was and how he scared the shit out of his opponent. The arena then went black with Anck Su Namun appearing on the TrevorTron. She warned Grunge that his title will be hers before Assault 2005. The lights came back on and Grunge had to deal with a poisonous Cobra. He quickly left ringside
Travis Dunns made fun of Hayden for getting punched as the cameras caught Christina York backstage getting a few words from Anck. Polar stopped Grunge from attacking her and then gave him the night off. Anck then walked down the hall and was approached by Angelica, Olivia and Regina. They all attacked Anck but then Olivia hit Regina by mistake. Regina sent Olivia head first into the wall and then Angelica jumped in and nailed Regina with the A-Bomb Drop. Anck then hit Angelica with the Vicious Toxicity.
The #1 contender for the SIW World Championship Brian Cross took on former SIW Tag Team champion Johnny Ringo. Johnny slapped Cross behind the head before the bell rang. Cross got Ringo down at one point but missed a big elbow off the top rope and Ringo capitalized as he got up and hit Cross with The Blunt. Ringo then climbed the top rope to finish off the #1 contender with the Ringo Rocket but then he hesitated. Johnny then got down from the top rope and asked for a mic and declared Cross the winner as he counted himself out. He said Cross was the #1 contender and he was too good for him to beat as he walked backstage.
Terror Soule was in I-9’s locker room. He trashed the place and destroyed all their belongings. Seabass and Slick Willy then jumped in. Before the could get their hands on Soule he whipped a garbage can towards their heads and then nailed Slick with a Spine Buster on the concrete floor and then almost crippled Seabass with the Soule Fusion.
Before Grunge could get into his car, some guy named Knux attacked him with a steel pipe. He then delivered as huge shoulder powerbomb. Renegade and Ian Bishop then appeared and continued the assault. Seems like the DA may have got some new blood in VeX and now Knux and Ian Bishop.
Terror Soule was backstage picking on Brodie Bruce but then was approached by the new SIW European champion Rikki Cook. They got into a staredown but before they beat the hell out of each other Polar then stepped in and booked a match for next Monday on Brawl. He booked a Submission Match between the two for the the SIW European championship.
After a commercial break, the next match was the first ever SIW Car Trunk match. Russel McPiledriverton took on Steven Insane. Senior referee Sam Carter waited in the parking lot for both competitors when Russ appeared out of nowhere beating the hell out of Insane. Russel popped open his car trunk and closed it several times on Insane’s head. He stuffed Steven’s body inside but was unable to close it. Insane kicked the door open and chipped one of Russel’s front teeth. The match ended when Russel gave him the Perfect Piledriver on his own car. The Car was wrecked, he lost a tooth but he won the match.
Bad Breed, Phillip Arceneaux and Brandon Clayborne were backstage hyping their match against Russel McPiledriverton and Seabass at New Year’s Eve Bash. They said they weren’t impressed with Russel’s victory or his title loss at RTG. Bad Breed then challenged any team to stop them from becoming the SIW Tag Team champions. They warned all the teams including Ionica, Super Patriots, DA and especially Rated X. They told Rico and Kirby to get their shit together because they are coming for them.
After the video package, Enigma took on "The Disco Duck" Jimmy Cefalo and his SIW North American championship was on the line. Enigma took him down early and almost got him to tap out in the first five minutes to the Pain Of Ages submission. Cefalo gouged the champs eyes with his dual razor sharp coke nails and then nailed Enigma with a Russian legsweep. Cefalo tried for the pin but Enigma kicked out. The Angel of Death successfully defended his title after making Cefalo tap out to the Pain Of Ages.
A video package for New Year’s Bash was presented. It hyped up great matches such as Johnny Ringo vs. Enigma, Primetime vs. VeX, Bishop vs. Terror Soule and a title for title match between “Hot Fudge” Sinflair and Rikki Cook where the winner takes both the SIW European and Lightweight championships. Also featured that night is the return of Trevor Derickson who will have a huge announcement to make.
The SIW World Champion Matt Uzi came out accompanied by his bodyguard Titan, Sinflair and Katie Mysfit. There was a red carpet in the ring along with confetti and balloons falling everywhere. Uzi said although he didn’t win at RTG he was still the champion of the world and that was good enough to call it a victory. He then said the party wasn’t complete without Rated X. He then invited Rico, Ringo, Primetime to the party. Rico had one half of the tag team titles but the other one was missing. They joked about Sinflair’s sexual preferences but then said they had a surprise for Uzi. Bernardo and Tommy D brought out a giant cake to the ring. Titan started eating the cake but then jumped out of his skin. Shelby Kirby popped out still tied up but wearing the other SIW Tag team title. Glenn Kirby then rushed out and nailed Rico with a Thug Bug. Uzi, Ringo, Primetime, Titan and Sinflair jumped in and beat the hell out of the A.O.A. but then The Deadly Alliance members, Enigma and VeX rushed to ringside with barbed wired steel chairs. Enigma smashed his chair across Uzi’s face and VeX broke his chair over Primetime’s head. Rico pushed Shelby in the cake as he ran off with both Tag titles with Tommy, Bernardo and Ringo. Paramedics rushed to ringside for Uzi and Primetime as Carnage came to an end.
