UCW Hardcore Championship:
Current Champion: Oz
The only title in UCW to be defended 24/7. A UCW ladder match is a hardcore match involving ladders. Victory is by pinfall or submission. Anything goes and falls count anywhere.
1) Enigma def. Oz, Kronik, and Tek:
Event: UCW Month 1 Show 3
Description: Enigma defeated Oz, Tek, and Kronik in a fatal 4 way match to become the first ever UCW ladder match champion. Everyone gave an incredible attempt but the hardcore icon shone brightest on this day.
2) Oz def. Enigma, Tek, and Hammer:
Event: Backyard Brawl
Description: At UCW's first special event Oz proved how extreme he can be when he defeated Tek, Hammer, and the Hardcore icon Enigma. This was Oz's first taste of UCW gold.
3) Sean "Damage" Mcnelis def. Oz:
Event: UCW Month 2 Show 3
Description: Damage pinned Oz via interefierence from Savior in his first ever ladder match.
4) Oz def. Sean "Damage" Mcnelis
Event: UCW Month 2 Show 3
Description: Right after his victory over Oz, Vincent attacked Damage and knocked him out. Oz then took advantage of the 24/7 rule and pinned Damage for the trophy.
5) Enigma def. Oz
Event: No Remorse
Description: After a brutal ladder match, The Hardcore Icon prevailed against Oz to capture his 2nd ever Ladder Match Title.
6) Sean "Damage" McNelis def. Tek def. S.E.G def. Enigma def. Sean "Damage" McNelis def. Enigma
Event: Breaking Point
Description: After winning back his title from Oz, Enigma lost his title this time to Sean "Damage" McNelis, who shortly after lost it back to Enigma, but then lost it to S.E.G, who was then defeated by TeK to only afterwards lose it back to Sean "Damage" McNelis who came out victor of the long confusing battle.

9) Savior def. Oz
Event: Show after Live & Unreal
The beginning ensued a brawl between the two grapplers, making his return after a 1 month absense from UcW, and what a return match, seeing Savior completly assault Oz in everyway possible, this match saw the demise of our beloved caution wet flor sign (*RIP*), Savior pummled Oz, until Oz made a slight comeback, only to walk into the chokeslam, and then the Blackout.Very surprisingly Oz kicked out of the powerful finisher, but was only to be pinned moments later with the devastating tombstone piledriver, justafiably named "The Opening". Winner and NEW UcW Ladder Match Champion, Savior.
10) Enigma def. Savior to regain UcW Ladder Match Championship
Enigma hits a huge splash on Savior after Damage lays him out.
11) Oz def. Enigma to regain UcW Ladder Match Championship
Immediatly after Enigma defeated Savior Oz ran to the ring and hit Paranoia on Enigma.
