The Pay Per View started with Rosanne coming to the ring to sing the Star Spangled Banner. She was booed until she told George W. Bush that he can kiss her white American ass. Highlights were shown from the empty arena match between Jason Brown and A.B.A for the SIW Hardcore Championship which will be seen exclusively on the DVD release of the event. This brutal fight went from the floor to the concession stands all the way into the MSG main entrance. A.B.A pinned Brown after delivering s a drop toe hold causing Brown to hit a pay phone face first. Both men were taken out on stretchers after the match.
A lot of celebrities were in attendance for this memorable event including actor Woody Harrelson, rock star Courtney Love and Jaromir Jagr from the New York Rangers. The next match was a four team elimination match for the SIW World Tag Team Championship. The Uncanny Inferno was missing in action leaving Angel without a partner. The Family was the first team to get eliminated after JD Stars pinned Vincent D’Amor after delivering the Stars Reached. As the match continued, Angel was getting double teamed by the champs but unannounced, the Authority Of Atlanta Glenn Kirby made his return as Angel’s partner. Angel and Kirby cleaned house by throwing the champs out of the ring. Airington tried to get a tag but HMH jumped off the apron and started walking backstage. Kirby whipped Airington towards Angel who delivered the Atonement Spear to get the pin fall and eliminated the team of HMH and Airington. The match ended as Kirby nailed Stars with the thug Bug but Jessie got Angel eliminated after hitting Mysery with a low blow.
Advertisement for Staying Alive. The Carnage superstars will be at FedEx Forum November 27, 2005 live on PPV. The event will feature several elimination style matches and the SIW Heavyweight Championship will be on the line in the main event.
Grunge and Drako are former friends and once a great tag team known as Damage Inc. have battled their whole lives to get an opportunity to become SIW Champion. Grunge battled Drako in a memorable match where the winner becomes the #1 contender for the SIW Championship. With referee Andrew Yung knocked down, Grunge capitalized by setting up the steel steps in the ring and nailed Drako with the Grunganator hurting himself at the same time. Grunge managed to cover a bloody Drako to get the win.
The next match was the Diva Rumble 3 for the SIW Women’s Championship. Eliminations went in this order :

Jill, Angie and Xtina worked together to eliminate Liana. Angelica closelined Jill over the top rope and out of the ring. Angelica and Xtina battled at the end of the match and out of nowhere Xtina struck Angie with the Goodie Kick and threw her over the top rope to win the Rumble and the SIW Women’s Championship.
Christina York interviewed Angel and Glenn Kirby in their locker room. The A.O.A was trying to get Angel to relax. Angel said that he and Kirby had the match won if Jessie didn’t get him disqualified. Angel thanked Kirby for bailing him out and said that Inferno better have a good reason for standing him up at a PPV. As Angel continued to rant about Jessie, the SIW Heavyweight Champion Matt Uzi walked in and laughed at Angel’s mask and called Kirby a Vanilla Ice wannabe. They got into a little brawl but security was tight and broke it up immediately.
Jack Kent made his way to the ring and asked the crowd for a moment of silence to remember the passing of Myst DeYoung at last years Unhallowed Desires. Myst DeYoung was struck by a Chevy Blazer during a wrestling stunt at the PPV. She is most famous for being TJD’s Executive Consultant and the Diva Stalker.
The Elimination Chamber is one of the most unforgiving structures in sports-entertainment history. Two Superstars start the match, while four others are held in chambers inside the structure. After five minutes, one Superstar is released from his chamber and let out into the fray. This continues until all six Superstars have entered the action.
Ragin’ Craig and NuTz were the first participants. Craig slammed NuTz into the side of the chamber several times breaking his nose in the process. Craig pinned NuTz after delivering the Rage Factor. Metalgod was released from his chamber and battled Craig untill SIW Lightweight Champion The Fugitive was released. Craig dropped a massive knee to Metalgod’s head but from behind Fugitive nailed him with a missisle drop kick from behind sending him face first into the plexiglass. Craig and Fugitive were bleeding severely as SIW Tag Team Champion The Ghost joined the match. Ghost pinned Fugitive after executing the Cold Chill. As Ghost teamed up with Metalgod to battle Craig, the SIW Extreme Champion Tony Viction was released and attacked Metalgod immediately. The Ghost eliminated Craig after he missed a flying closeline and tasted steel as he hit the side of the cage face first. Ghost pinned him and Metalgod was also pinned when Viction delivered a running powerslam into the cage and pinned him. Viction pulled the pad off the top turnbuckle and went to whip The Ghost into it but Ghost reversed it. Viction gained back control of the match as he went up to the top turnbuckle, but climbs up on one of the glass chambers, jumped and hits a huge elbow drop on Ghost to get the pin fall and retain the SIW Extreme Championship.
After the match, SIW nurse Jenny Kox was in her office preparing paper work when all of a sudden the lights went out and a big bang was heard. After a several seconds they came back on and she screeched as loud as she could when she noticed The Uncanny Inferno dripping with blood and hung from the ceiling. His blood was also smeared on the wall which read “Happy Halloween from Mo and Jaffar”
Armani Styles was booed before his match against SIW North American Champion James Muret. Half way through this back and forth match, Bozz Man took on commentary to check out his competition. Styles managed to perform the The H.P.C but Muret reachedthe ropes after struggling for a long time. Muret fought back and got a near fall after delivering a Dragon Screw but Armani kicked out. The match ended when Armani countered an inside cradle with a handful of tights to get the upset win. As senior referee Sam Carter awarded Styles the North American title, Bozz Man entered the ring to congratulate him. Bozz Man elbowed him in the face and locked in the Bozzinator and didn’t let go until a dozen staff members and road agents were able to pull him off.
Jack Kent interviewed a disgruntled Heavy Metal Hero and asked why he turned his back on James Airington. HMH said that he was tired of carrying his ass the past month. He said he liked the kid but he is way overrated and doesn’t know the meaning of teamwork. HMH said he was moving on to bigger and better things.
The crowd cheered as Khristian Call was shown on the Trevortron. He was having a conversation on his cell phone planning something for Monday Night Brawl with an unknown ally. When Call noticed he was being filmed, he pushed the camera man out of the way. Last Monday, Call defeated the SIW Champion Duane Doogan via count out.
The next match was the buried alive match between Matt Uzi and Gavin Payne for the SIW Heavyweight Championship. These two competitors have been feuding for two months and it came down to this type of match to end the war. Uzi was all over Gavin and almost cracked some ribs after he flipped him over the top rope with a back body drop into the announcers table. Uzi took his shovel and started smashing it across Gavin’s head and beat him down until he was motionless. Uzi dragged him all the way up the burial hole and then started to shovel the dirt to cover him for the win. As Uzi celebrated, Angel broke came out and broke Purgatory over his head and busted him wide open. Angel took out his frustrations and wailed with lefts and rights on the wound until security rushed to the scene to pull him off. This was payback for Uzi’s assault from last year’s Unhallowed Desires. Angel said with Uzi out of the way, Mo and Jaffar were next on his hit list.
An advertisement for SIW Wrestlefest 2006 was aired. This sports entertainment spectacle happens only once a year and will take place at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta on March 19, 2006. Tickets are already sold out so call your local cable company for availability on PPV
Klubber and Sylk came out to ringside and called out Trevor to apologize for giving him a hard time these last few weeks. TJD came out accompanied by Carnage GM Kevin “Titan” McColl. Klubber said they apologized for giving them swollen testicles. TJD and Titan were confused and from the crowd, Shelly The Bod leveled them with a double low blows. Klubber threw Titan out of the ring and APB leveled TJD with a double Russian leg sweep.
The main event featured SIW Champion Duane Doogan taking on Ian Bishop in a match that is best described as 22 months in the making. Before the bell rang, Kim Blair came out and announced that the SIW Championship was on the line which really pissed off Doogan. In this classic confrontation, Doogan and Bishop reversed each other's maneuvers before Bishop hit a full nelson suplex with a bridge for a two count. Bishop went to the top for a high risk maneuver, but Doogan stopped him and hit a superplex only to hurt his own shoulder. Doogan finally went for hisdiving elbow, but Bishop rolled over and Doogan hurt his shoulder again. Bishop then put Doogan in a cradle for a two count but the champ kicked out. The match ended after Doogan countered The Cyclone and delivered the DooganDT. Duane pinned his opponent to win the match and retain the SIW championship. At the end of the match, Doogan stopped Bishop from leaving the ring and offered a handshake which Bishop accepted.
