Live from the Big Apple Unhallowed Desires begins with a surprise live performance by Marilyn Manson performing the event’s theme “This is Halloween” and gets a great pop from the crowd. After the performance, Jack Kent and Jessica White welcome the band, the crowd and the millions at home watching to the show and go over the star studded card expected tonight on pay per view. History will be made tonight as the SIW Championship will be defended twice in one night

The SIW Extreme championship is on the line in the first match of the night. “The Innovator” Michael Gaze doesn’t care much for the fans booing him and attacks Miguel Cervantes as he makes his entrance. They fight around the ring and Gaze whips Cervantes head first into the steel steps. Gaze pulls out a steel pipe from under the ring and swings at Miguel’s skull but the extreme champion moves and Gaze hits the post. Cervantes spears Gaze into the security wall and executes the fury fall. Miguel covers but Gaze kicks out at two. Cervantes jumps off the top rope with flying body press but Gaze catches him and delivers a power slam. Gaze covers but the champion kicks out. The brutal confrontation ends when Miguel spreads out thumbtacks on the Spanish table and delivers the Phoenix Decent through the table and pins Gaze to retain the SIW Extreme championship. Both competitors receive medical attention after the match

The next match is the highly anticipated first of two matches involving the SIW championship as “The Assassin” Sonny Smith takes on “The Street Soldier” Natedawg. After winning a test of strength, Natedawg sends Sonny in the corner and hits him with a knee to the mid section. Natedawg applies a head lock and then delivers a bulldog. Nate covers but the Assassin kicks out just before three. Natedawg charges Sonny in the corner but Sonny kicks his jaw and then delivers a vicious clothesline. Smith applies the Loc Jaw in the middle of the ring and Natedawg is close to tapping out. After a huge struggle, the SIW Champion fights his way to the ropes to break the hold. As Nate gets back to his feet, Sonny delivers a drop kicks and he falls out of the ring. Sonny goes after Natedawg on the outside and whips him into the steel steps. Smith slides in the ring as Natedawg is getting counted out but gets back in the ring at eight. Smith stomps on Nate’s head and then delivers a DDT in the middle of the ring. Smith hooks the leg for a cover but the SIW Champion kicks out. Sonny delivers the Assasination and covers to win the match but the referee is down and doesn't count fast enough and Nate kicks out just before three. Out of nowhere Natedawg executes a backslide and gets a near fall but it’s not enough to put away the Assassin. Natedawg climbs to the top rope but all of a sudden Smith is also up and delivers a superplex. Smith applies the Loc Jaw and Nate is in trouble. The referee keeps asking Nate if he wants to give up but Nate refuses to tap out. Nate elbows his way out and sends Sonny out of the ring with a back body drop and Sonny lands on his face. Nate falls to the canvas and the referee counts out Sonny who appears to be unconscious. Natedawg is declared the winner via count out and still SIW Champion

The fans start booing as the Trevortron shows footage of C.R. Roberts and “Red Hot” Rikki Cook backstage. Roberts announces that tonight is the last time everyone will see Greg Banks as the General Manager of Carnage. Cook says he will do anything necessary to make sure Roberts becomes the new general manager of Carnage

The next match is the four way ladder match for the SIW Lightweight championship between Gabriel Cervantes, “The Phenomenal” Jay Douglas, Dazz Dillinja & Krazy J. Douglas delivers the Surf’s Up to Cervantes early in the match and starts climbing the ladder but out of nowhere Krazy drop kicks the ladder and Douglas falls to the outside. Dillinja uses the ladder and nails Krazy in his face and then levels Cervantes to the back of his head. Dillinja climbs for the gold but Krazy pushes the ladder over and Dillinja falls to the canvas. Krazy places the ladder in the corner and whips Dillinja in it and then delivers a corner splash. Krazy clotheslines Douglas out of the ring but out of nowhere Cervantes executes a springboard plancha and then climbs to ladder and reaches the title to become a two time SIW Lightweight Champion. After the match, Krazy J doesn’t accept the loss and assaults the new champion. Security rushes to ringside to put an end to the despicable assault at the hands of the SIW Tag Team champion

The next contest is the triple threat New York Alley Brawl for the SIW Hardcore championship between Terror Soule, Grunge and the current champion “The Human Horror Film” Scott Chambers. The match starts in the back of Madison Square Garden. Soule whips a garbage bag is Grunge face and then tackles him to the ground and levels him with lefts and rights. Chambers grabs Soule and slams his head in the side of a dumpster. Grunge and Terror double team the champion but he fights back and drop kicks both of them in the side of the building. Chambers delivers a body slam to Terror and goes for a cover but the Soule kicks out. Grunge levels Chambers with a clothesline and then chokes him with a broom stick. Chambers is gasping for air but out of nowhere clips Grunge’s knee and then whips him into a trash cans. Soule picks up the trash cans and dents it over Grunge’s head. Chambers comes after Soule but he gets nailed with the trash can also. Grunge nails Soule with a low blow and then delivers the Grunganator. Soule is out cold and grunge is seconds from winning the match but out of nowhere, we see the EBW Champion Mohamed DDT Grunge through a broken table and Chambers crawls over and pins him to win the match

The Representative match is next as Rikki Cook and Brandon Gateman make their entrance. The match is no disqualification. C.R. Roberts tells the fans to shut up as they start a “C.R. Sucks” chant. As Gateman and Cook battle back and forth at the beginning of the match, Banks and Roberts get into an altercation and we see Banks gets knocked out by a hard right hand from Roberts. Cook delivers a sling shot and then levels the former heavyweight champion with a reverse implant DDT. Cook applies an modified ankle lock but Gateman turns around and kicks him in his head. Gateman stays in control of the match until Roberts trips him and pulls him out of the ring. Roberts assaults Gateman and goes for the democratic kick but from behind Banks nails Roberts with a low blow. Cook slides Gateman back in the ring and dominates until Gateman counters a Russian leg sweep and then delivers the BKO in the middle of the ring. Gateman pins Cook to win the match and Greg Banks is still the General Manager of Carnage

After the match, Jessica White gets a few words from C.R. Roberts who is disappointed with Cook’s performance tonight. Roberts says he blames Cook for everything and he will get even one way or another. Roberts says he is really upset and someone will pay for this tonight at Unhallowed Desires and he doesn’t care who he takes it out on

Security is trying to settle down the CEO Trevor Derickson who bangs on C-Mac ‘s door and orders him to come out and fight. Trevor calls him a coward and he won’t be able to hide forever because tonight Queen Liana will deliver a royal beating

JD Xtreme gets a nice pop from the crowd as he puts his SIW European championship on the line against NuTz who is accompanied by wife Shannen. NuTz dominates at the beginning of the match and delivers a big boot and then drops an elbow and covers but JD kicks out. NuTz charges JD in the corner but JD moves and then delivers an enziguri. NuTz delivers a body slam and then throws JD out of the ring. NuTz folds a steel chair but the referee takes it away. As NuTz argues with the referee, JD delivers a drop kick off the top rope and NuTz crashes into the turnbuckles. JD performs the Adrenalin Rush and pins NuTz to retain the title. NuTz gets so upset he pulls out a knife from under the ring and goes to stab JD but he moves and NuTz stabs Shannen by mistake. The fans are in shock as paramedics run to ringside. Shannen is rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and NuTz is uncontrolable

The commentating team asks SIW fans to pray for Shannen and hope she will recover from the tragic incident that occurred tonight at Unhallowed Desires. Mike “The Mic” says they hope to get an update on Shannen’s condition by the end of the night

Two nights ago on Carnage Johnny Ringo shocked everyone by costing Fight Knight the SIW Tag Team titles by nailing Kirby with the Ringo Bingo. Tonight Kirby has to opportunity to get even with his long time foe and a chance to win the North American title for the first time in his career. Ringo makes his entrance with style accompanied by two models and Bernardo who is dressed in a tuxedo. Kirby wastes no time and attacks Ringo as the bell rings but has a hard time keeping the champion down. After delivering a delayed suplex, Kirby climbs to the top rope but misses a leg drop as Ringo moves out of the way. After a short clothesline, Ringo delivers a power bomb on the top turnbuckle and covers but Kirby puts his foot on the bottom rope to stay in the match. The match continues back and forth and Kirby levels Ringo with a spine buster and applies a boston crab but Ringo fights his way to the ropes to break the hold. Moments later, Kirby misses the Thug Bug and Ringo delivers the Ringo Bingo but he doesn’t cover right away. Ringo climbs to the top rope and executes the Ringo Rocket and pins Kirby to retain the SIW north American championship

The NYPD arrives at Madison Square Garden and asks staff members where they can find Ryan “NuTz” Brown. The staff members inform the authorities that he left in the ambulance with his wife

C-Mac and Queen Liana lock up in the next contest and the former SIW champion doesn’t hesitate to hits the Queen in the face with closed fists. Liana blocks his punches and levels him in the face with several elbows and then whip him in the corner. Liana delivers some knife edge chops but C-Mac reverses and hits the Queen with Knife edge chops of his own. Liana rolls up C-Mac with an inside cradle but C-Mac kicks out. C-Mac delivers the Italian leg sweep and covers the Queen but Liana kicks out. Near the end of the match, the referee is knocked down and C-Mac is dominating. Trevor slides in the ring with a folded steel chair and swigs but instead of hitting C-Mac he shocks everyone and dents the chair over Liana’s skull. However the referee sees this and disqualifies C-Mac and awards the match to Queen Liana. After the match, Trevor and C-Mac hug as the former t.W.o members appear to be back together. The fans boo and start chanting “asshole” as Trevor orders C-Mac to drop and already unconscious Liana with the KOD

Jack Kent is backstage with Bozzman and the challenger shows footage from last years Unhallowed Desires ppv where he defeated C-Mac in an “I Quit” match. Bozzman insists that history will repeat itself tonight when he steps into the ring with JaeVeli

The next match is the first ever diva buried alive match between SIW Women’s champion Heaven Lee and SIW Women’s champion Xtina. You can even say this is a womens’ title unification match. Heaven and Xtina jumps each other and take the fight out of the ring early in the match. Xtina hits Heaven with a head butt and then picks up half of the steel steps and smashes them across Heaven’s back. Xtina drags Heaven to the burial hole but Heaven kicks her in her left knee and tackles her to the ground. Heaven nails Xtina with lefts and rights and then picks up a shovel and goes to hit Xtina but Xtina blocks with another shovel and hits Heaven in her ribs. The fight all the way to the entrance and Heaven whips Xtina into the Unhallowed Desires sign. Heaven keeps dominating and is close to winning the match but out of nowhere we see Pamela interfere in the match by assaulting Heaven Lee but seconds later Olivia comes out to even things up and attacks Pamela until road agents come out to break up the cat fight. Moments later, Xtina smashes a shovel in Heaven’s face and she falls backwards into the burial hole. A bloodied Xtina shovels the dirt in the hole and is declared the undisputed SIW Women’s Champion

Jack Kent tries to get an explanation from Trevor and C-Mac and Trevor takes everyone back to Unhallowed Desires 2006. Trevor says Liana tried to kill him by running him over and even used him for his super sperm to get a child out of him. C-Mac dares Queen Liana to even try and stop him and TJD from operating and dominating the SIW

Heavyweight champion JaeVeli tells Alize to stay backstage during his match against Bozzman because it will not be a pretty sight

The fans are pumped up for the next “I Quit” match between Bozzman and Heavyweight champion JaeVeli. Bozzman and JaeVeli get into a stare down before trading punches back and forth. Bozzman delivers a triple german suplex. A surprised JaeVeli is back and his feet and Bozzman and Jae bounce back and forth off the ropes and put of nowhere Jae delivers a hard clothesline. The fans are on their feet as Jae applies the Gangsta Grip. Bozzman is in pain as he struggles to find a way to break out of the hold. In this match there is no rope break so Bozz goes to the edge of the ring and falls off. Jae goes after Bozz but he delivers drop toe hold and JaeVeli bangs his head on the security wall. Jae levels Bozzman with an elbow and crushes his throat in the security wall with his forearm. Bozzman looks like he’s in trouble but he fights back with elbows to Jae ribs and delivers a Bozz Bomb. At one point of the match, JaeVeli spears Bozman through the glass Unhallowed Desires display and the fans start a “Holy Shit” chant. Bozzman is in pain but refuses to quit when asked. Late in the match, Bozzman applies the Bozzinator but JaeVeli gets out of the move by spinning around and kicking Bozz in the head. JaeVeli smashes a monitor across Bozz’s back and the referee asks him if he wants to quit but Bozz refuses to give up. Out of nowhere, Bozzman launches JaeVeli into the ring post with a belly to belly and JaeVeli is in terrible pain. Bozzman applies the Half Bozzton Crab and JaeVeli reaches over a rips a piece of the table off and strikes Bozzman with it. JaeVeli puts Bozzman’s bad leg in between a chair and jumps off the commentary table with a flying knee but Bozzman moves and Jae lands knee first on the concrete ground. Bozzman gets more aggressive than ever and starts smashing Jae’s leg and ankle with a steel chair and then applies the Bozzinator ankle lock and JaeVeli who may have suffered some fractures yells out the words “I Quit”. Paramedics tend to JaeVeli who is not really conscience and bandage up his ankle. Bozzman is not even able to get up after the match as he’s declared the new Heavyweight champion of the world

Jessica White interviews Darren “Direct Hit” Knight before his big match. They are informed that Smith suffered a facture cheek bone at the hands of Natedawg but fortunately it is not serious enough to miss any SIW action. DDHK says that he is not intimidated by the “Street Soldier” Natedawg and he will go out there tonight and beat him for the SIW Championship

Forbidden Xtreme find out that their locker room has been vandalized. Soule and JD explain to staff members that the room was vandalized when they walked in. Soule then starts freaking out when he finds pictures of his daughter but someone added some blood to the pictures and a rope aroud her neck. The back of the picture is signed "Twisted Thoughts"

The fans blow the roof of MSG as Nate and DDHK lock up in a test of strength which the SIW champion wins easily. DDHK will not be able to beat Natedawg with power and will have to use another strategy. Natedawg power slams DDHK and drives a big elbow through his heart and covers but DDHK kicks out. Michelle gets the crowd into a “DDHK” chant to help get her fiancé back in the match but as he gets his chance Nate shuts him down again with a hip toss and a clothesline out of the ring. Michelle check on her man and Natedawg pushes her out of the way and body slams him on the entrance ramp. Natedawg slides back in the ring and the referee starts counting but DDHK is back in the ring before ten. Natedawg slams DDHK to the canvas with an impressive wrestling takedown and then locks on a modified arm bar. DDHK is helpless until he reaches the bottom rope and the referee orders Nate to break the submission hold. Nate misses a clothesline and DDHK delivers an impaler DDT. DDHK covers but doesn’t even get a two count. DDHK executes a fisherman suplex and gets a pin fall but Nate kicks out again. DDHK goes to the corner to catch his breath and out of nowhere Natedawg delivers a corner splash but DDHK moves and delivers a bulldog. DDHK is so sure he has the match won and covers but Natedawg kicks out just before three. Nate delivers a head butt and then scoop slams the former NA and tag team champ. Nate chokes him in the corner with his boot but the referee orders him to get off and threatens to disqualify him. Natedawg delivers the Gangstanator and the fans are on their feet as he covers but DDHK shocks the whole world as he kicks out of Nate’s devastating finishing move. Moments later the match continues and the referee gets knocked down. We see a mysterious individual appear from the crowd and they jump on the apron and blinds DDHK with some white powder. Natedawg rolls him up from behind with an inside cradle and a hand full of tights to win the match and retain the title. As Natedawg sits in one corner of the ring, DDHK and the fans look on as the unknown person takes off their hood and it’s non other than C.R. Roberts that screws DDHK once again!
