Before he was fell with a serious neck injury last February, Edge was one of the most popular and talented grapplers on the SmackDown! roster. Also a well established competitor, Edge has defeated former WWE World champions Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho and former WCW World Champion Chris Benoit. In his first televised World Title shot against the Big Show, he had fat boy beat until Paul Heyman got involved. Hopefully, WWE will have a persona with a little bit of character to it when he returns.
