The scene opens up at the site of SmackDown!, where we saw the WWE Champion crowned in The Riddler, and the Hardcore Champion Rhyno as well as the Womens Champion Stacy Keibler! One thing we didn't see, was this man, the man that is on his way down the hallway, towards the ring area..Matt Hardy.

Matt gets to the production crew, and tells them to hit..his music! They do, and the cameras come on in the arena, and we see a old guy picking up his coat and eating the rest of his popcorn and just then Matt Hardy's music hits and the popcorn goes up in the air as well does the coat as the guy stumbles around! Matt Hardy emerges from the entrance way in his usual attire!

Matt makes his way down to the ring, holding up his index, middle and pinky fingers to symbolize "Version 1". Hardy looks into the crowd as people are still leaving, and he gets a confused look on his face. He goes into the ring quickly, and climbs the turnbuckle taunting to the crowd..or whats left of it..

Hardy gets down, and his music begins to die off. He grabs a microphone and begins to speak.

Matt Hardy: "HEY! Where are you all goin'!? Sit down, all of you! I got things to say, and You will hear it! Besides, who wouldn't want to hear what I have to say?"

Some people begin to take seats again, its about a little less than half of the seats full now, and Hardy nods his head in approval and begins to speak once more...

Matt Hardy: "Now that's more like it. Listen up everyone, you are looking at the WWE's newest Superstar, Matt Hardy..." (holding up fingers) "..Version 1, Founder..of Mattitude!"

The crowd begins to boo because they could really care less, Matt Hardy Version 1? Shut up! At least, that's what they are probably thinking...Hardy continues, angered by the crowd's continuous booing.

Matt Hardy: "You know you guys should just be quiet and let me speak! I am no joke like you take me as, and treat me as! I am going to prove that to you! IF thats what I must do then fine so be it! I'll do it next Thursday, a week from tonight, by becoming the very FIRST WWE Intercontinental Champion! To accomplish that, I have to beat some crazed freak by the name of "Bush-Shut-Up" Lan Cheese..or..something like that..Bush!..err, whatever you call yourself, I'm gonna make you fall victim to ME on SmackDown! You came out the other day with your buddy Funaki, the so called "SmackDown! Numba One Announcer", and challenged me, or my brother Jeff, to a TLC Match? What is wrong with you?! You said yourself that we are experts in that match, hell Leen, you aren't "EEEEVILLL", you are CRAAAAAZYYYY, insane! Don't challenge me when you said it yourself that I am an expert in the match, why put yourself at that risk? Now if you are thinking that I'm about to challenge you or accept your challenge to that TLC Match you got another thing comin'. Because I am Matt Hardy and I don't have to be put in some stupid match that I fought in for years and years with my brother Jeff. That stuff is in the past, that was when I was a tag team with him, and now I am no more..The old Matt Hardy would had loved to kick your butt in that match but that WAS The Matt Hardy of the OLD, you are looking at the new and improved Matt Hardy, this is Matt Hardy..Version 1, and on SmackDown! you are victim number one to me, Matt Hardy..Get It?"

The crowd begins to boo and toss popcorn, pop, trash etc towards the Ring. Matt dodges the objects, and lifts the mic up again to speak as the fans start to leave again!

Matt Hardy: "Hold up! What do you think you're doing? I am far from finished! Sit back Down! I am Matt Hardy dangit, do you want me to come out there and give you all a Mattitude adjustment because that is what you need, just like Chee Lan after SmackDown! next week, he will be so angry that he lost his first match that he too will need a Mattitude adjustment, and I'll be glad to help him with that any other time! There is no getting by the fact that the new Matt Hardy is much better than the old, and Bushy-doodoo can't defeat the Number One WWE Star here, he can't defeat me, Matt Hardy, Version 1, because I am just too damn good compared to him. So, to let you know something Buchando, if you haven't gotten it through your head, or all you fans out there too haven't, you need to believe, believe that the best come out number 1, the winners, all of the time. That's why this Thursday on SmackDown! there very first Intercontinental Champion will be Matt Hardy. Do you, Get it?"

Hardy drops the mic, and goes through the ropes down to ringside. He looks at the crowd as the people are leaving, and the old man comes up to the baracade and starts tossing the popcorn on Hardy. Matt ducks, and runs up the stage pointing at the guy complaining to him, as the scene fades out.
