Commander Carlos first entered the federation as a body guard for the owner. He is a guerilla tactics warrior from El Salvador who was hired by the country's president to take out the communists from the country. He was trained to break backs and necks. Now he is a fighter under the United States, working for the Xtreme Wrestling Federation. His quest is to destroy any person who stands in his way for obtaining the Xtreme Wrestling Federation Championship. Watch out, he has a devastating Commander's Death Lock!
At the Dissection Pay Per View, Commander Carlos recieved a shot at Kaos for the XWF Championship; he failed to win. Carlos then recieved a shot at the XWF Tag Team, Cruiserweight, and Intercontinental Championships at the Bloodlust Pay Per View; he failed to win all three belts. A disappointment to the owner of the XWF, he has been officially suspended from all ring-side activities. Carlos proclaimed that it was a race issue.
