Skippy Rodriguez is a strange and bizaar talent on the XWF roster that no one seems to know anything about. He showed up at the XWF Death Row Pay Per View where he screwed Kaos out of the XWF Championship and captured the XWF Cruiserweight Championship in a match with Rupture. Skippy has not thus far made any friends in this organization, but does continue to piss off everyone he encounters. The "nWo" doesn't think too highly of him after attacking Johnny The Bull, Kaos is pissed for losing his XWF Championship, and Rupture must be pissed for losing his XWF Cruiserweight Championship.
