I haven't seen these in many places. There is actually one other website that I have found that has these 8 tenets. Although they are not written law, most Wiccans/Witches/Pagans do follow these. From what I understand they are popular in the Ottawa region of Canada and are also practice by the WCC (Wiccan Church of Canada).
