Zirconia is the Sorceress of Fire

Powers:Zirconia has complete control over fire. She can create, make shapes with it, shoot it, just about anything and everything. She also has the power to read another person's emotions by letting her spirit enter their body temporarily. Due to the energy both of her powers use up, she has to be extremely careful that she doesn't tire herself out. *See chapter six.*

Personality:Zirconia has a tendency to be shy around people at first. After awhile, though, she'll warm up and is friendly, sweet, and incredibly willing. She'll offer to do a favor for anyone she respects, and she's always on the up and up with work, gossip, and life in general.

Zirconia is a major klutz. Forever tripping over her own feet, she's nearly gotten used to it, and acts as though it's no big deal. She's a very emotional person, and feels emotions very deeply due to her power. Nothing can really stop her from getting what she wants, except maybe sorcery. She follows her heart, and is always ready to listen and/or give advice to anyone who wants it.

Physical Description:Zirconia might be considered the most exotic looking of the family, mainly due to her eyes. They change color depending on her mood *Colors are explained in chapter one, part two*. Her hair trails down her back and stops about midway, in a mass of deep brown waves. She stands at about 5'5", and never feels self-conscious about her body. Her body is strong both physically and emotionally, and her athletically built frame gives her a slightly heavyset look.

Background Info:Zirconia has a brother and a sister, both mentioned in the story. Eli, 19, and Lana, 12, have helped her through everything, just as she has helped them. Her parents, Yasmine and Hajha, are trapped inside evil sorcerer Medwin's crystal pendant, leaving them alone in the world. An old family friend, Maeve, is now their guardian. Her best friend is Caly, 16, and her boyfriend is Taylor Hanson *Not famous in the story*. She is currently 14 years old, born on Halloween.

Favorites:Zirconia isn't all that picky, though a few things would stick out as her favorites. She adores the ocean, and staring up at the night sky. It's small things like this *involving peace and quiet* that help cal m her down. Another favorite in her life is Taylor, because she knows he'll always be there for her in some way. Zirconia loves nicknames, and is forever trying to think of new ones for the people she loves. If she had to pick a favorite person in the house, she would probably choose Eli, though, because he has been through so much and handled it so well. She looks up to him more than Maeve. However, she thinks everyone is entitled to a special quality of their own, and admires everyone in a different way.

Life Motto:"Your emotions play a larger role than you think. They control you, you don't control them. Never forget that."

Zirc in the flesh:The person behind Zirconia is more commonly known throughout the fanfic world as Beaker. Zirconia is modeled after me, the person I would like to be, and the everyday girl. Just because she's a sorceress doesn't mean she's perfect or gorgeous, and I didn't want to make her out like that. I would say I am always so specific with her emotions in the story because I, myself, am an emotional person. Inspiration always comes in a different form, whether it be pure bliss, or downright suicidal. When I look back and read some of my first parts for Zirc, I find it simple to realize how confused I am in real life. But writing takes me to a different place, where I can be what I want, say what I want, feel what I want. It's very powerful, and I take it very seriously.

I do most of the editing of the story, grammatical, spelling, and wording sometimes. Ebeth is the HTML sorceress in real life, so I guess I'm the English sorceress. *Laugh* I'm also very, very weird.
