STORM DRUDCAMEO OF ROYAL OAK

The pages that follow reflect a pictorial 9-generation direct
female line descending from our foundation bitch, Maggie,
and a 7 generation line descending from our Samantha.
In 1998 we introduced a new line through a third outside bitch,
Greiner Hall Madam Mim. We are very proud of our girls and of the
trademark STORM "look" we have developed.

This page of the girls gallery is a CELEBRATION of the life of
Willowledge Meredith, our Maggie.

WILLOWLEDGE MEREDITH

Maggie was in her prime at about 4 years old in the above photo.

Sired by Ch. Griffith's T Geronimo (Ch. Harold of Shute-UK Import
ex Ch. Sun-Belle's Muggs McGinnis)
out of dam Ch. Willowledge Katrina
(Ch. Willowledge Big City Ben out of Ch. Willowledge Marya CD).

Nine of 17 live puppies born to Maggie became champions of
record. Several of them also were obedience champions of record.

Maggie was:

Top Brood Bitch at the 1985 & 1986 MCOA National Specialty Shows
under Breeder/Judges Eve Olsen Fisher (Willowledge Fame) and Marie Moore (Mooreleigh Fame);
1985 Top Producer Collar Award winner;
Mastiff Club of America, Inc. Hall of Fame for Top Producers;
Dam to 1985 MCOA National Specialty Best of Opposite Sex Winner;
Grandam to 1990 MCOA National Specialty Award of Merit;
Grandam to 2 Times BOS Westminster KC;
Grandam to Best of Breed Bucks County KC;
Gr.Gr.Grandam to 1991 MCOA National Specialty Best of Opposite Sex Winner;
Dam to 1992 MCOA National Specialty Best Veteran;
Dam to 1994 MCOA National Specialty Best Veteran Sweeps.

Maggie is shown here with a litter sired by Shermie.

A younger Maggie here, about 14 months.

She was about 6 years in this photo.

Maggie was a joy to us and to all who knew her. From the time
she was a puppy she was a good girl. She truly never did anything
wrong in her life, always had a generous and loving nature
and a marked fondness for human babies and children. We used
to say that she read Marie Moore's book and studied it so that
she could become a perfect Mastiff. No breeder could ever be
more blessed to have begun a line with a more ideal foundation bitch.

Maggie had just turned 9 years old when this picture was taken.
She had only just begun to show a little gray on her muzzle.

Our dearest Maggie was in the twilight of her years here.
This is one of the very last photographs taken of Maggie
before she left us at the age of 12 years.

Sleep well, Mags. We miss your smiling eyes and loving ways.
