West Virginia Home Educators Association I'm a member, and if you live in West Virginia, you should be, too. Membership is only $15.00 per year, and entitles you to discounts on testing, conference fees, and a subscription to the newsletter &  legislative updates. WVHEA is inclusive. This means that all homeschoolers are invited to join, regardless of religious or other beliefs.
