Peabody Coal Co., a member of the Whitesville Baptist Church,
Masonic Lodge Boone No. 162, Veteran of World War II, receiver
of the Purple Heart, past president of the Whitesville Lions
Club and Whitesville Parks of Recreation.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Vivian,
Ervin, Frank and Jimmy Massey.

Mr. Bias was a retired coal miner,

a member of the UMWA, and a member

of the Ball Chapel Church at Jeffrey.

Lizemores, W.Va.
Military graveside rites will be conducted by Clay VFW Post 4419.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m.
Monday evening, Sept. 6, at the funeral home Chapel.
Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge,
