ROUTE 10 - MAN TO LOGAN This 12 mile stretch of two lane highway between Man and Logan is being upgraded to a four lane.
Groundbreaking ceremonies will be held November 19, 1999 at the Man Junior High School, Man, WV.
Construction is set to begin on the Man end and the Logan end simultaneously, with the
completion of the project midway. I have not seen a map of the proposed highway but rumor has
it that the new four lane will cross the Guyandotte River 5 times. This project will cost
around 300 million dollars. Route 10 has been adopted into the federal highway system. Below
are pictures of the road as it now is and were taken with my video camera which also takes still
