All my life I have heard about the
"Blue Bird of Happiness"
and I dreamed that some day
I would find the "Blue Bird of Happiness."
I remember the song, "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."
Especially, the part that says,
"Somewhere over the rainbow
blue birds fly.
Ohhhhhh, why then,
ohhhhhh, why can't I???
I thought if I could find the blue bird,
I would find happiness.
However, I learned that each of us
finds happiness in the choices
we make along life's paths.
True happiness is found within
each of us. When we share
our lives with the ones we love
or reaching out to someone else
with a smile or kind word.
It is often found in the smile of a child
or listening to a favorite song.
Or just holding the hand of someone special.
Happiness comes in all shapes and sizes.
So, I hope you find what brings YOU happiness.
And may YOU ALWAYS have a
"Blue Bird of Happiness"
sitting on your shoulder
and then maybe you will fly
"Somewhere Over The Rainbow."
