Listen to your heart,
for it will never lie.
You can't change how your heart feels,
no matter how hard you try.
Those feelings are in your heart,
whether you want them to be or not.
Even when you don't wish to feel a certain way,
those feelings are just too hard to stop.
You can try to pretend they don't exist,
hide them, and hope they will go away.
But they will still be inside you,
as those feelings are here to stay.
Sometimes it takes a lot of courage,
to admit how we really feel inside.
Other times we don't need to say anything,
as the feelings are impossible to hide.
Whatever your feelings are,
they make you the person who others see.
For you cannot hide the true way you are,
as your heart never lies, and will show itself, eventually.
