When I asked Jesus how much He loved you and me, He spread his arms on the cross of Calvery, bowed His head and died to set us free.
The Resurrection
With the coming of the dawn 'tis said
Earth could not hold her dead.
The figure of a man came forth
From darkened tomb,
The waxen lily burst forth in glorious bloom.
Women, laden with spices, hurrying there
Were told by men in white attire,
"Among the dead, do not seek the living.
Go tell...Good news was meant for giving."
Men sat, hopes gone, hearts darkened
With despair,
Dark night! 'Twas more than they could bear.
Lo! a figure there, he spoke one word:
"Peace"~Then sweet calm. It was the Lord.
From budding leaf to meadow lush
With flowers,
From Swallow's throat to Eagles' flight
Above the white-capped clouds,
All creation in one glad voice proclaim:
"Because he lives, you also shall live again!"
With the coming of the dawn let Christ come in,
Dispelling forever the darkness, the power of sin.
Sing with the redeemed this message to impart:
"My Savior lives! He lives within my heart!"

I pray that you and your family will celebrate the true meaning of Easter this year.
JESUS CHRIST IS ALIVE.
If you're not a child of the Lord then ask him to come into your heart today.
It's as easy as A B C.
ADMIT - BELIEVE - CONFESS
ADMIT that you are a sinner.
BELIEVE that Jesus died for you and rose from the dead.
CONFESS that Jesus Christ is Lord.
WELCOME TO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN!
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
In closing I would like to leave you the words to a beautiful hymn. Please think about the words that follow.
On the Cross of Calvary
On the cross of Calvary, Jesus died for you and me;
There He shed His precious blood, that from sin we might be free.
Oh, the cleansing stream does flow, and it washes white as snow;
It was for me that Jesus died on the cross of Calvary.
(chorus)
On Calvary, on Calvary,
It was for me that Jesus died
On the cross of Calvary.
Oh, what wondrous, wondrous love, bro't me down at Jesus' feet;
Oh, such wondrous, dying love, asks a sacrifice complete.
Here I give myself to Thee, soul and body Thine to be;
It was for me Thy blood was shed on the cross of Calvary.
(chorus)
Take me, Jesus, I am Thine, wholy Thine forevermore;
Blessed Jesus, Thou art mine, dwell within forevermore.
Cleanse, oh cleanse my heart from sin, make and keep me pure within;
It was for this Thy blood was shed on the cross of Calvary.
(chorus)
Clouds and darkness veil'd the skies, when the Lord was crucified;
"It is finish'd!" was His cry, when He bowed His head and died.
It is finished, it is finish'd, all the world may now go free;
It was for me that Jesus died, on the cross of Calvary.
