In the arcades in 1996, I played this game at the Marshall University student center. This game has animation closer to the Darkstalker series games and bigger characters. The characters are also younger than they are as in Street Fighter II and Super. Not too many new moves but new characters such as: Sakura, Charlie (Guiles friend), Sodom (from Final Fight), Birdie (from Final Fight), and Guy, also from Final Fight. Rose and Adon are also new but Adon is from the first Street Fighter game (also known as Fighting Street.) One of the new features in this game is the counter attacks which, when done at the right time, can counter the opponents move. The Super meter can also be charged up to 3 levels in one match. Excellent background art and animation.
