MY NAME IS TAMMI

I guess I am the odd ball of the group because I absolutely refuse to eat meat. I will eat fish but prefer tofu to any kind of meat.

I love animals so much and I can’t bear that thought that one would die so I could eat it.

I am sixteen and the biggest thing I want in this world is a horse. I have wanted a horse of my own for so many years. I don’t know how to ride and am not sure I want to know. I mean that is making the horse haul a bunch of weight around and I don’t think it is very humane to do that.

I would like to have one, just so I could curry it, and feed it, take walks with it and maybe ride it if the horse doesn’t mind too much.

I hate zoos. I went with Joey and another man to a zoo once in New York and it made me so angry to see the animals penned up and caged like that. Now the zoo that we used to take the girls to in Texas was much nicer. The animals aren’t in cages but in large areas where they can be free. I still don’t like the idea that they are there at all when they should be free.

I am just now really understanding the concept of freedom. We too have always been caged and separated from the rest of the world and now we are making our way into it. It is a strange time for us as we start living one step at a time. We have our gentleman and that is great, without him we would still be caged.

I have other things to say but they are not important. I just wanted you to know a bit about me Tammi and that I exist. I live, I breathe, I hurt, I cry, I laugh and I am very real.
