Mungojerrie & Rumpleteazer are a pair of mischevious petty thieves who enjoy robbing the family they live with. They have an unusual way of working together, and if something is missing, then the family exclaims "It's that horrible cat!" 'Cause it was Mungojerrie or Rumpleteazer, but could you have sworn that it might have been both! The two notorious cats live in Victoria Grove, and have regular chats with the policemen.

Mungojerrie is a black, red, orange, and white cat. He's not a kitten anymore, though he can still be pretty goofy at times. He, like all Jellicles, admires Old Deuteronomy. Rumpleteazer is a purrfect companion to this Jellicle. She's got her own silly side, and tends to hang out with the other kittens (especially Jemima, Victoria, Etcetera, and Electra) when she's not with Mungojerrie. Despite the fact that they're kleptomaniacs, the Jellicles accept them. However, there are rumours that the pair used to (or still does) work for the Hidden Paw himself...
