This was a apartment complex fire in Keyser, WV. New Creek VFD assisted Keyser along with other area depts, McCoole (MD), Fountain, Piedmont, Burlington, and Elk District on standby at station 38. No injuries reported, fire initially started out as an offensive attack, but later turned to defensive, due to structure failure.
