This was a 2 vehicle head-on accident, dumptruck vs tractor-trailer. 2 injuries were reported, 1 minor, 1 was flown by Maryland State Police Medivac (trooper 5) The initial call was reported head-on with entrapment, then upgraded to involving fire, then possibly hazerdous materials. When members arrived, they found no entrapment, and no haz mat involved other than the diesel fuel tanks ruptured, Fountain VFD assisted with their haz-mat team, as well as Elk District and Keyser for assistance with traffic control and tankers.
