*If there's a common theme among the rock songs of the Moffatts,it's love. Most of their songs are about love and loving.
*Here's The Moffatts lovestory: Angie was SCOTT's girlfriend for three years. Bob's girlfriend for the same number of years was Maria. Clint has gone out on dates but no serious relationship has developed from them. Dave has not had a girlfriend but he was the first among the guys who kissed a girl in the age of 5.
* The Moffatts boys respect their girlfriends so much that even if they are no longer on, they make sure they remain as friends.
*They are idealistic about their relationship with the opposite sex. They believe that love must be equal between lovers.
*It's clear that girls love The Moffatts because they served as wish-fulfillment of their teenage fantasies.Although they sing and play quite well, thier being good looking and sweet mannered: teenagers have a lot to do with their success. In short, girls are taking the Moffatts as their boyfriends. Each of them has a Moffatt boy in their mind that she loves to be her boyfriend in real heart, just like YOU!!! And definitely not me
*But as far as Bob is concerned, he'd rather have a girlfriend the same age as him, all of 14years old. girls out there... LINE UP!!!
*"We're single". The Moffatts boys love to tell everybody.OK we know what you mean Clint Dave Scott and Bob. But you are still single even if you have a girlfriend, right? You probably mean you're unattached. That should make all girls fans of The Moffatts terribly happy!
*In another interview. They still answered the same line but this time with some kind of clue... They answered: "We are single and still looking".
*** The Moffatts who's looking for a girlfriend right now is the eldest of them all. Scott. but he's not dying to have one right now. The eldest Moffatts boy says " I would love to have a girlfriend but theirs no simply time".
***This dose not mean Scott doesn't love the attraction he's been getting from his fans. In fact, he pursues it. He does this by "flirting" with them.
*Question thrown at the Moffatts: In your opinion, what kind of girls hair appeal to guys? Moffatts answer: Any color. This means thers no need to color your hair into blonde or brown.
*But the BIG question is this: Will they ask their fans for a date? Get the answer straight from the Moffatts' mouth "WE don't hold ANYTHING against DATING FANS.
*Sure, Now if ever they get to this stage, how will they date the girl? Their answers are as romantic and goofy as they can be. Dave says that he'll bring the girl to watch a movie, to dine in a restaurant and maybe play bowling (ew) after. Bob thinks that he'll treat the girl to a candle light dinner and have Ice cream afterwards. Although a little bit naughty... Clint's and Scott's ideas are the same. Each will treat her to dinner after which he'll bring her to a horror movie.
*Why Scott will bring her to see a horror movie? Simple so that "She'll cling to me when she gets scared!"
