I was amazed when I had this the first time.  To make this, you'll need 1, or 2 if you like, boxes of "PLAIN" Jello.   Instead of using hot water, you need to use ESPRESSO in it's place.   I've noticed that it looses a little strength(in taste) when it's converted to a Jello form, so you need to make the Coffee EXTRA Strong!   If you don't have Espresso available, then make some regular coffee TOTALLY STRONG.  Once the Jello has cooled, and become solid, serve it by pouring an EXTRA THICK CREAM over the top of it just before eating.  Whipping Cream is pretty good.  
Be carefull. This one will keep you awake!
