1 cup Florida orange juice
I egg
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
3 ice cubes

          In container of electric blender, combine all ingredients.  Cover and process at high speed until smooth.  Pour into tall glasses.
YIELD: 2 servings.
