RESIDENT EVIL 3

Capcom has struck again!

Everybody remembers the game Resident Evil? It came out about 1996 for Playstation and Saturn. The game starred Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield. They were cops and went to investigate in Raccoon City. People were having rumors that monsters were eating people. After getting chased by a monster dog, they get trapped inside a mansion with zombies and gremlins and snakes, etc.

The game wasn't that popular when it first came out. There were alot of glitches and mess ups in the game. The characters' dialog was strange. They seemed to talk like they first learned english. Plus, when it showed videos, they were like a movie, not 3D or anything like that.

So, Capcom created Resident Evil: Director's Cut before releasing the hit game, Resident Evil 2. The Director's Cut came with a version of Resident Evil without so many glitches and better graphics, etc. It also came with a demo of Resident Evil 2. When the people saw the demo, they freaked! The upcoming Resident Evil 2 looked excellent.

When Resident Evil 2 was released, it came with two discs. The first was for Leon, the main character of the story. If you used his disc, you only played as him. The second disc was Claire, the other main character. Using her disc means you have to play as her. The game was awsome and even more freaker than the first one. The plot? Leon was going to Raccoon City for his first day as a cop. Suddenly, he was attacked by zombies. He met up with Claire and they went together. The game was much bloodier and scarier, and this time, the videos were not like a movie, they were 3D and awsome at that matter.

Now, it looks like Capcom can't take a rest. They decided to create Resident Evil 3, coming out sometime near the beginning of 1999. The plot has the same characters of Resident Evil 2. It stars Leon and Claire. U.M.B.R.E.L.L.A. is the company that seems to be creating these monsters from regular people and animals. So, Leon and Claire must put a stop to this madness. They must go stop U.M.B.R.E.L.L.A. themselves by taking them out!

The graphics are heard to be much better and much freakier. The game should mainly revolve around Leon. There are new weapons in the game, and non stop action! Don't miss it, coming for Saturn, PSX, and possibly N64. It also may be released for Sega's new system (release date unknown) called the Dreamcast.
