There are only 3 seasonal neighbours, about a quarter of a mile away,in each direction. City centre is about 18 miles to the East along a Provincial all-season Highway # 101.

The MIDDLE Left picture is that of a BEAR walking North on our private road towards the highway, photographed one late Spring morning,near the front of the entrance to our office/house.The BOTTOM left picture is that of a MOOSE licking salt across from our private road entrance to the property just as one of our staff, had returned from business in town.That same day another Mother BEAR and 3 cubs (much younger) passed by also. We have on several occasions also been within 100 feet of LYNX and WOLVES,but didn't have a camera,at the time.We don't deliberately look for wildlife to photograph...We should but,don't - no time and mind is on other matters!
The MAP,(See MAP Link below) shows "Denton Township" (the WEST end of Timmins) and the ACREAGE parcels in GREEN,BROWN,RED & BLUE.
ONLY the North 10.6 acre portion of the RED parcel is still available.The Black parcel is where the OFFICE/House is,in addition to two other buildings.Take notice of the LAKE (Carlton Lake) at the TOP RIGHT corner of the GREEN property!That is only about 300 feet from the 10.6 acre portion we are offering for sale
