Chapter Seven

"I don't know." Nick said as he re-joined Brian. "I don't see him anywhere."

Brian nodded and set his drink down. "He probably went home. We'll run by his house on the way home just to check on him." he said and seemed to have dismissed the subject.

After a moment, Nick did the same and approached the saucy brunette he'd been eying all night.

Kevin looked across the dark interior of his 4Runner to Drew who sat in the passenger's seat. The car was dimly lit but the light from the moon lit her face so that she looked like an angel.

Kevin breathed in a deep breath and sped up slightly, wanting to get home all the sooner.

He drove through Orlando and finally approached the private gate to his house. He hurridly punched in the security code and the gate swung open. He drove the truck straight into the garage and turned off the ignition after putting it in park.

Kevin got out of the car and waited on his side for Drew. When she reached him, he grabbed her hand and led her into his house.

The interior of his house was dark but they didn't need light. As soon as the door closed behind them, they were in each other's arms. Their lips met in a scorching kiss as their arms pulled each other closer.

Kevin struggled to breathe as his passion and desire overcame him. He led her back to where he knew his sofa was and they fumbled in the dark, bumping into several different things until they found the sofa and fell onto it, together.

They landed with Drew on top and Kevin let his hands roam all over her, urgently. He placed his hands on her stomach and moved one upward until he cupped her breast. He felt as well as heard her moan into his mouth.

Her hands impatiently tugged at his clothing and he obliged her by taking off his shirt. Drew's hands roamed over his chest as she sat up and looked at him.

"It's impossible to resist you." Kevin whispered to her.

Drew leaned forward and pressed her breasts to his chest and whispered back "So stop resisting."

Kevin moaned as his lips once again took hers. He sat up on the couch with her in his lap as the kiss got deeper and deeper. Drew wrapped her legs around his waist and Kevin stood up with her body wrapped around his.

He walked down the hallway and stopped halfway down it. He put her back to the wall and pulled away from her to unbutton her shirt. He was halfway down the shirt when the doorbell rang.

Startled, they looked at each other as they slowly came back to earth and their senses returned. Kevin began to rebutton her shirt but his shaking hands couldn't manage it. Drew brushed his hands away and buttoned her shirt herself.

As the doorbell rang again, Kevin sat her legs back on the floor and moved away from her. He stood back a few feet from her and breathed deeply in an attempt to control himself.

The doorbell rang again and Kevin finally moved toward it to answer it. As he made his way to the door, bumping into everything as he went, Drew stayed behind in the hallway. He finally reached the door and flipped on the switch by the door and the house was flooded with light.

He finally swung open the door and had to blink twice. His already irregular breathing seemed to stop. His shock at who stood there was apparent and he couldn't think of a word to say. He stood looking at his guest for a minute or two until he said the only thing that came to his mind.

"Hi, Genna."
