During the four years of the Civil War hundreds of Federal regiments frought in and around the Shenandoah Valley. Led by distinguished men such as General Philip Sheridan and totally incompetent generals such as Franz Sigel, these men fought well.
This page is dedicated to the men who fought in those units. This page will containue to grow as I am able to identify other Federal unit webpages.
If you would like to add an unit to this page I would be please to post it. Contact me by email and provide your URL. If it pertains to a unit who saw action in or around the Shenandoah Valley it will be posted. Reenactment unit pages that contain histories and/or rosters are also very welcome.
