09/18/2002---B/Mother Georgia Mae Baker ISO Baby Girl Born on January 25, 1959 at 3:27 a.m. at Sellers Baptist Children`s Home, in New Orleans. Child and mother`s name on OBC were the same Georgia Mae Baker. I sent a letter to the TX Bureau of Vital Statistics requesting the court information August 15th of this year. I am waiting for that info to arrive. I request non ID from the home last Friday, September 13th. I have spent countless hours searching, registering, and researching on the internet. Mom was Patricia Drake, born 1932. Her maiden name may have been Giles. Father was Walter Austin Drake born 1924, died 1987. The non-Id says that birthparents were to divorce shortly after he was born but no further information was available. I have totally hit the wall. I can't find Patricia. If they divorced in 1955 she would have been 23 years old. She probably would have remarried and her name changed once again. She has not registered with New York State or anywhere else that I can find. I'm afraid she doesn't want to be found. I wish we could just have medical information if nothing else.
