On my birth certificate it does not say what hospital I was born in, so it could be that I was not born in a hospital or they just left that info off. I was adopted through Catholic Social Services (at 17 days old) also in St. Petersburg and Charlotte Webber was the adoption agent. I am white, told that my bio-mom is Irish and bio-dad is Italian.
