Williamsburg, Va, 2001. Hopefully this page will encourage those of you who haven't visited the wonderful restoration of Colonial Williamsburg to do so. We have enjoyed Williamsburg for many years, in all seasons, but this trip had the most fabulous opportunities for taking photos WITHOUT tourists that we've ever encountered. It it generally impossible to take pictures without including other visitors, and this, coupled with the fact that I was armed with a digital camera, made all these photos possible! I hope you enjoy them, although they hardly do justice to the wonderful buildings. Many are conspicuous in their absence, namely Bruton Parish Church, The Governor's Palace, all the houses on the green. plus the College of William and Mary.......ah, well....next time!
