Heavenly Background

You will need:
Paint Shop Pro 7
Simple Filters - Quick Tile
My heavenly preset
Unzip to your PSP presets folder.

Open a new image 200 x 200 transparent.

Flood fill with color of your choice.
Light colors look best.

Go to effects, noise, add, 10% Uniform.

Go to effects, artistic effects, brush strokes.
Select the sbheavenly preset and click ok.

If you are satisfied with the way it looks,
go to effects, plugins, simple, quick tile.

Save as jpg file and that's it.

If you would like it to be lighter,
go to your layer palette and add a new layer.

Flood fill with white.
Lower the opacity until you get a color you like.
I lowered mine to around 25%.

Go to layers, merge, merge all, flatten.

Then apply the quick tile and save.
