5. Add a new layer. Change your foreground to null. Leave your background color white.
6. Click on the text tool. Apply text using these settings.

7. Go to effects, Plugin Filters, Flaming Pear, Super Blade Pro and select the gold shiny preset.

8. Then effects, 3D effects, Inner Bevel. Use these settings.

9. Deselect. Next go to effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow. Use the settings shown below:

10. Go to Effects, Sharpen, Sharpen. Then do this step again.

11. Add a new layer.

12. Add additional text if desired. Position with the mover tool.

13. Repeat steps 7 through 10 if you added more text.

14. Now lets create our transparent image. Open a tube of your choice.
Shift + D to duplicate and close the original.
If your tube is not transparent, here is how to make it that way.
Go to colors, colorize. Set both settings to 0 (zero)
Then go to Colors, Adjust Gamma Correction. Set all to 5. Click apply.
Now your image should be transparent. Go to Edit, Copy.

15. Activate your new image and go to Edit, Paste as new layer.

Add a new layer right above your tube layer.

16. Then right click to flood fill with your white.

17. Adjust the layer transparency, till you get what you like.

This image is just to show how to lower the opacity.
Your layers will look different from this.

In most cases you will barely see the image.

18. Merge visible. Crop if necessary.

19. Got everything looking the way you want? Go to layers, merge, merge all.

20. Go to image add border. With symmetric checked, add a border of 8.

21. Select the border with your magic wand tool - tolerance set to about 5.

22. Go to effects, Super Blade Pro, and apply the gold shiny preset.

23. Selections, select none.

24. Save as a jpg file and you're done!
