It is a picture of the barracks, which sleeps 35 people.
Each room has it's own small pot belly wood stove for
heat, windows for ventilation, and it has lockable doors to secure your
valuables. The rooms also boast wooden bunk beds, rifle racks, and hooks
and pegs for your gear and uniforms. The usual gathering place in the
evening was either on the front covered porch or the ground in front of
the barracks where music was played and people played a game similar to
horseshoes but it was with large metal washers and hollow tubes dug
into the ground. |
