could i have not
seen it coming?
Angel, I knew
you could not stay for long.
I knew you were suffering
yet you seem to have such hope
seemed to be so strong.
You always were looking
for the coming better days.
Angel, you were not finished
you had so much to say
so much to teach
to give,
but you were taken away.
Angel, I took what you offered
and gave little in return.
Oh angel,
I never thought you'd be gone
so soon.
I thought you would surive
and live on.
Angel, i thought i could repay you,
but i was niave to think
that you'd hang around
with someone so weak.
