You follow Zepp through darkened tunnels and suddenly are blinded by light. You walk out of the tunnel and see a huge queen observing you suspisciously. You back up a few paces both from the queen and from the scorching hot sands that seem to melt your shoes. You back up right into a rider.
"Hello I am Weyrleader G'led, rider of bronze Ayarth." He says and puts a steadying hand on your shoulder. You introduce yourself and look back at the queen.
"This queen is going to lay her first clutch soon and we need candidates. Would you care to be one?"
"Truly?" You ask and your heart jumps. If only you could be a dragonrider. G'led laughs a bit at your reaction.
"Yes. All you have to do is read the instructions." He says gently and gives you a push towards the exit.
As you leave you can hear the queen rumbling in discontent at someone being next to her. You turn and see a hall that leads to the instructions room.
