 | You enter a medium sized weyr that is made out of old gray stone, just like the rest of this Weyr, you think. A standard issue stone dragon coach for canidates is in the far right corner of the weyr. Longing on it as if she was the queen of the world is a beautiful green dragon. Next to her is a girl, her head bent over a shetch book. Glancing up occasionally at the dragon, pride ovious in her deep green eyes. Perched next to the dragon are two fire lizards.  The blue fire lizard see's you and chirps an alarm to the girl. She straitens and turns around to face you. Her green eyes flashing with delight. Seeing you she says, after brushing her shoulder lenth brown hair out of her face so that it didn't cover her eyes, "I Impressed a green!" she seems very happy, the opposite of the girl you visited when you first came here. "Just what you wanted. Now you can be a surver for the weyr!" Yes, she was very lucky to get a dragon like me. Kaita, (the girl) laughs and shakeds her head sadly. "I need to do somthing about Frith's vanity." she laughs again. "Now father can't take me back to Telgar like he wanted to. I'm finally free of him." you are a little puzzled at this statement so she explains, "When I first came here as a canidate I was afraid that my father was going to send me back to Telgar Hold. To leave Twin Firestone. I could never do that now. I'm home here. I have a dragon." she pets Frith lovingly and goes on, "He wanted me to stetle down and get married, but I'm only 16! I'm not ready for that life yet. I thought that hewould defy the Weyrs command and bring me home. He would to, luckily the hatching took place soon after I became a canidate. You see, my father wanted me to marry this man that has as much hair as he does teeth, meaning none. Since I'm the oldest daughter of a Lord Holder I have to do what he says, and what he believes is right for the hold, even when I believe that it's wrong. The Weyr Leaders at South Seas Weyr saved me. They took me as a canidate, and even a Lord Holder can't defly them." You are glad that this girl impressed. She doesn't seem nearly as sad or as lonely. "My name is Kaita, if you have forgotten, and this" she says pointing to the little blue lizard, "is Rascal. And this," she says, gesturing to the little brown, "is Troke" She smiles shyly, looking you over, she see's sothing she likes says, about to chat your ears off. "I guess I'd better start today's chores. Would you like some Klah?" you reply that you would and she offers a seat at the table and sits down accross from you. On the table is a wher hide bound book. You look at it closly. "Oh" Kaita says, "That is just my skech book."It's nothing really." you turn the pages over and see exquist drawings of Frith and the firelizards perched on her head and her tail. "These is magnificent" you say, "Did you do these?" She nodds, blushing and looking down. "It's just one of my useless talents I had as a Lord Holders daughter. When I first thought of comming South I decided to be a map maker, or a surveyer of new terren. Sinse I impress a green I might still be able to do it for the weyr." I need to be oiled. Kaita laughs "I really need to clean this place up." she rises "If you'll excuse me." you take the hint and rise to leave.
