Part 3

One year later after Kristen graduated from high school she began attending college in Orlando, Florida. Her best friend, Cassie, was also attending the same college. They both wanted to major in music. They ended up meeting a girl named Angela who was a junior and was also majoring in music. Cassie and Kristen became good friends with Angela and soon after they left their college dorms and moved into Angela's apartment with her.

"Thank you again for letting us move in with you," Kristen said.

"Yeah, it's going to be a lot nicer living here than in a college dorm," Cassie added.

"I know how you feel. I didn't like it either. It's been lonely since my room mate left so it'll be great having you two here," Angela said.

"Where'd your room mate go?" Kristen asked.

"She got married about a month ago," Angela replied. "Well I'll show you two your room and then give you a tour.

After they got settled down and had a tour they went back into the living room to talk.

"I have something I need to ask you," Kristen said.

"What's that?" Angela asked.

"Do you like the Backstreet Boys?" Kristen asked.

"Yeah, I've been one of their fans since the beginning," Angela replied.

"Good," both Kristen and Cassie answered in unison.

"We're huge fans," Cassie added.

"I even got to meet them once," Kristen said.

"I've met them too," Angela said.

"At their last concert in Denver they pulled my mom and I on stage for 'The Perfect Fan'," Kristen said.

"That must have been exciting," Angela said. "So which ones are your favorite guys?"

"I like Howie," Kristen answered.

"I like Brian," Cassie said. "Which one is your favorite?"

"Um, I'd have to say Brian but I like all the guys," Angela said.

"Man. We're going to have some problems liking the same guy," Cassie said.

"Yeah we will," Angela said then just looked down on the floor.

"You won't mind if we play their music all the time, will you?" Kristen asked.

"No, I hear it all the time anyways," Angela replied.

"I'm going to go get a drink." Cassie said then got up and walked into the kitchen. When she came back out she noticed a picture on the desk. The picture was of Angela and a guy in a blue Kentucky hat with sunglasses on. "Who's this?" Cassie asked as she showed Angela the picture.

"That's my boyfriend," Angela answereed.

"Let me see it?" Kristen asked. Cassie handed her the picture. "He's pretty cute. What's his name?" Kristen asked.

"Brian," Angela replied.

"That's funny. Your favorite Backstreet Boy is Brian. Does that bother him?" Cassie asked.

"No," Angela said. "So what sould we do tonight?" she asked trying to change the subject.

"I just want to unpack. We also need to go buy another bed," Kristen said.

"We can do that," Angela said.

"So when do we get to meet Brian?" Cassie asked.

"I don't know. He's out of town right now. I guess when he gets back. I don't remember when he does," Angela replied.

"Why's he out of town?" Cassie asked.

"Because of his job. He's out of town a lot," Angela answered then the phone began to ring. "Kristen can you get that?"

"Sure," she said then picked up the phone. "Hello?"

"Hi, is Angela there?" a guy's voice said on the other end of the line.

"Yeah, hold on," Kristen said. "It's for you." Angela got up and walked over to the phone.

"Hello," she said.

"Hey, it's me Brian."

"Oh hi, we were just talking about you," Angela said.

"Oh really. Who answered the phone?" Brian asked.

"One of my new room mates."

"You have two new ones?" Brian asked.

"Yeah, they're best friends."

"That's cool. I just thought I'd call and let you know that I'm going to be home tomorrow."

"Already? That's quick. Do you want to come over for dinner?" Angela asked.

"Yeah, that sounds great."

"Good because they want to meet you."

"Do they know who I am?" Brian asked.

"No, not yet. They'll find out tomorrow."

"Okay," Brian said.

"Guess what, they're huge BSB fans," Angela added.

"Really? Do you want me to bring the rest of the guys then?"

"Yeah that'll be fun."

"Okay, see you tomorrow then, Bye."

"Okay bye," Angela said then hung up the phone. "Well you get to meet Brian tomorrow."

"Really?" Kristen said.

"He's coming over for dinner tomorrow with a few friends."

"Are they cute?" Cassie asked.

"Yeah, I think you'll like them," Angela said then smiled.
