Malta Lodge #17 Masonic Scholarship Application

Who is eligible? Any current senior boy planning on post-secondary schooling.

How much is the scholarship worth? Currently, one (1) $500 scholarship is being offered. (subject to change)

How do you apply? Write a one page, double spaced essay that considers as much of the question below as possible.

Due date: All essays must be completed and mailed by March 21.

How winner is picked: A small committee made up of several HSCHS staff members and at least one Freemason of Malta Lodge #17 will pick the winner based on the essay explained below.

Freemasonry extols the values of brotherhood, charity and a belief in a Higher Power, and an appreciation for the arts and sciences. Where do you incorporate these values into your own life? (Examples: Are you on a team? Do you go to church and/or volunteer? What classes have you taken, or will you, for a well-rounded education?)
