Breakdown of VIN:
B - Barracuda
S - 'Cuda
23 - Hardtop
H - 340
0 - 1970
E - Los Angeles Assembly Plant
139690 - Serial Number
Paint Code - EK2 - Vitamin C Orange (This is wrong, I think the factory painted the car the wrong color because this car was originally a Deep Burnt Orange car, from what I have found)
Interior Code - H6X9 - All vinyl buckets in black
Upper Door Frame Paint - 000 - Since E-Bodys had full door panels, there is no Upper Door Frame Paint, so they just put 000.
Scheduled Production Date - 408 - April 8th, 1970
Vehicle Order Number - 136421 - Something to do with the dealer.
Two Tone or Vinyl Top - EK2 - Since the car is not a two tone, and doesn't have a vinyl top, the paint code is just repeated.

Y14 - Sold Car (As far as I can tell, this means someone ordered this car directly from the factory. I am still trying to trace some history on the car)
26 - 26 inch radiator
END - End of fender tag
I have looked everywhere for the build sheet, and I don't think this car came with one. Galen Glovier said to me himself that Los Angeles cars almost always didn't come with build sheets.
