"You guys did GREAT!"I told them.
"We know Megs,"Zac said, smiling.
"It's your turn to perform,"Tay told us.
We were nervous as Nate and I walked on stage. Ike walked with us and strapped on his guitar. I adjusted the settings on the keyboards. We then started "Let's Get Crazy" with the rest of Crazy 8 doing stunts as they came on stage. They did flips and stuff. They then did their dance. We were having so much fun. When the song ended, I wasn't nervous anymore.
"Hey guys! Did you like that song?"John asked the audience, and they screamed as their reply.
"We're the new band, Crazy 8 from Casper, Wyoming. We have special guests in the first row. They're from the Woods Middle School class, and they're on the annual spring trip. Mrs. Grooms and mr. Gaither were trying to think of what activity they should do for tonight, and we told them we could give them tickets and backstage passes to this concert. They thought it was a very good idea, so they're here watching the concert,"I said.
"Yeah. Our performance should be a blast!"John said.
"For our performance, we're going to do almost all of the songs off our album, and songs that didn't make it on the album. This concert is going to be extra special just for tonight. We won't be doing the songs that didn't make it on the album during our tour this summer,"Jen said.
"As you can see we have Isaac Hanson on stage with us. He's our guitarist for tonight. We should have another guitarist for the tour though,"Nate said.
We then did our next song, which wasn't on the album. We all were having so much fun performing! I was kind of dancing a bit and jumping at the keyboards like Tay does. The audience was jumping, dancing, and singing along. We could see they were having so much fun and was really enjoying our performance. We then were going to do our last song.
"Ok. This is our last song for the night. But instead of having Nate and me playing, we're going to dance with the rest while Ike, Tay, and Zac from Hanson do the insturmentals. This is a song that both Crazy 8 and Hanson did together for the album,"I said into my mic as Tay and Zac came back onstage.
"We will be doing this song during the tour since we are touring with Hanson!"Jen said.
Nate and I got with the rest, and got into positions while Tay and Zac got behind their insturments. Hanson started playing the insturments and Crazy 8 started dancing. All of us then started singing together. Again, the audience was enjoying the song. We then finished the song and did our bows.
"Thanks for coming to our concert peoples!"Bill exclaimed.
"We hope you enjoyed your show!"I said into my mic as Zac came up to me.
Eleven of us were waving to the audience as we walked off the stage. The whole concert was so much fun!
"So how did you guys like doing your first concert?"Walker asked us.
"It was great!"Manda exclaimed.
"Lots of fun! I really got into the concert,"I said.
Crazy 8 changed their clothes and then sat down with Hanson, having some refreshments. The middle school class then came backstage.
"So how did you guys like the concert?"Zac asked them.
There was various answers, but they all enjoyed it.
"I think I lost some hearing out there,"Mr. Gaither said.
"Yeah. I think I did too,"Mrs. Grooms said.
"How about you guys? Did you think you were going to go deaf?"Mr. Gaither asked us.
"Nah. We have special ear devices that blocks out the screaming and lets us hear our music better,"I answered.
"Lucky you!"Mr. Gaither exclaimed.
That made all of us laugh. We talked for a while. then the class left to go back to the hotel while the other fans came backstage to meet us and to get autographs. We met the fans, did autographs, and had oiur pictures taken with the fans for about an hour. We then went back to the hotel to go swimming. Ike and Tay had checked into the hotel at about 2:00 that afternoon for the night, and they were on the 8th floor just like everyone else were. But they both shared a room though.
