When I was done, Mrs. Grooms told me to go ahead with tay and Ike and go on home. I got my things out of the Hanson van, and put them into Ike's car. Tay sat in the passenger seat, Ike in the drivers. Zac and I hugged each other and said bye. I said bye to the rest of Crazy 8, Nancy, Jody, Mrs. Grooms, Mr. Gaither, and Walker. Ike then drove out of the parking lot and we were on our way home.
"So exactly what did you guys do in Denver besides the concert and rehearsal?"Tay asked me.
"Went to the Denver Zoo, ate dinner and saw a play at Boulder's Dinner Theater, shopped downtown, visited the mint, and toured Coors Field,"I answered.
"Zac doesn't really tell us anything these days, but I'd figured you would,"Tay said, smiling.
"That's Zac. I'm not like Zac. I like to talk about my vacations, and trips, and all the fun times I had,"I told Tay.
"Yeah. We just write about them in our journals, and talk about our trips with our friends,"Tay said.
"So do I. I also tell my mom about the trips since she usually is working when we go on family vacations and all that."
"We do that too. When we go somewhere as a band, and the rest of the family stays behind, we tell them everything that happened and bring back souviners."
"Mmhmm,"I said as I nodded.
"Have your mom ever gone on trips with you before though?"Tay asked me.
"Oh yeah. Dad would work, and us girls would take a trip somewhere. Mom, Riece, and I have gone to Neberaska together a few times before. I know mom wants go to back this summer, but... I probably wouldn't be able to go with her cause of the tour and all that,"I answered.
"Yeah, but we are doing a concert in Omaha during our tour,"Ike told me.
"Yeah, but my mom ain't gonna be there!"I said with a weird voice.
The 3 of talked a lot on the way home. We also listened to the radio. Well, the guys did. I don't like the radio much because they play songs that I don't like, so I listened to my CDs on my discman while they listened to the radio.
We got to Casper at about noon, and went home. I took my stuff to my house, and then went back to the Hanson house to help Tay and Ike unload the insturments. I then told Diana about the spring trip. She wanted to know what we did and all that. I told her EVERYTHING that happened. She thought it sounded like a fun trip, and also said that Zac will have to tell her about Laramie. We then talked for a while.
I went home at about 2:00, and got on the internet. I chatted with my friends, checked and sent e-mails, updated my site a bit, checked on my clubs, and a bunch of other things. I told my friends all about the spring trip. Some do believe that I was friends with Hanson, but some sure don't. Those who didn't believe me also didn't think the pictures I sent them were real, but oh well. I was online for a few hours.
