I led the guys into the house. My cat just rushed past us, and ran upstairs. She almost knocked me down.
"MOUSE! You dumb cat!"I yelled.
"Your cat's name is Mouse? That's a weird name,"Zac said.
"Oh shut up. My mom suggested that name when we first brought her home almost 6 years ago,"I said.
"Okay. Where's your sister,"Tay said.
"She's working. The flower shop is extra busy now since it's almost Valentines Day. My sister hates working at the flower shop,"I answered.
"Oh. I would not want to meet a Hanson hater anyway,"Tay said.
"Let's just go downstairs to the computer room,"I said.
I led the guys down the stairs to the computer room.
"You have 2 computers here,"Zac said as I was turning on my dad's Hewlett Packard computer.
"We have 3. My dad just bought this computer after Thanksgiving. We're going to get rid of the oldest computer which is the old IBM computer. Nobody ever uses that computer anyway,"I said.
"Cool!"Zac said.
"Yeah yeah yeah yeah. Let's log on the net now,"I said.
I got on the internet. I also logged onto the AOL instant message with my screen name. My Excite Channel was done downloading everything. The guys were impressed with how many Hanson links I had up on the channel. I clicked on my website link, and it was done downloading it. I let the guys mess around on my site.
"Cool site Meghan. Everything in your facts page is true except for the rumors,"Zac said.
"Yeah. Let's read her stories now,"Tay said.
They read my stories while I was playing with my cats on the other computer. Zac wanted to play with them too, so I let him play with them. Tay and Ike also played with the cats.
After a while, we heard the door. My dad came into the room.
"Well, who are these guys Meghan,"he said.
"They are our new neighbors. They are the Hansons, the group I am always listening to and watching,"I said.
"Oh. Well, nice to meet you. Meghan, I'm going back to work now,"dad said, and he left.
Then we heard a noise upstairs. Well, the guys did.
"What is that noise?"Zac asked.
"What noise. I don't hear anything,"I said.
We went upstairs to find out what the noise was. It was the cat. She was dragging the sticky mouse trap around the kitchen.
"Mouse! You are so funny,"I said.
Mouse's paw was stuck in the trap. Also, the little mouse's back legs were stuck in the trap. I got the cat's paw out of the trap, even if she was screaming. Then I took the trap, and threw it away in the trash can outside. I went back inside.(***That really did happen. It happened on Febuary 13. My sister was kind of sick, and she was just yelling at me when I was trying to watch tv. It was funny, and it still is when I think about it.***)
"Finally, that mouse have been caught,"I said to the guys.
"How long have you had a mouse lose in your house,"Tay asked.
"I don't know. I think since last month. It might have been that same mouse that was running around downstairs during Christmas break,"I answered.
"When I saw that mouse, I almost screamed,"Tay said. Ike, Zac, and I laughed.
"Now what should we do?"Zac asked.
"We have nintendo downstairs. We could play if you want,"I answered.
"Cool! Let's play!"Zac said.
We went back downstairs. We went into the family room. I turned on the tv, and put it on channel 3. Then I turned on the nintendo system. I let the guys pick out a game. Tay and Zac was playing Dr. Mario.
At 5:00, the guys went back to their home. I decided to listen to Boomerang. I liked the album, and listened to MMMBop afterwards. When that was done, dad came home again. We had dinner. My sister Riece came home then. She had some dinner. At 8:00, mom came home. She was very tired, so she went to bed.
