Chapter 10

In the morning, we left Little Rock and soon entered Louisana. We had a quick lunch in Marksville, and kept on driving. We drove through Baton Rouge, and made it to New Orleans. We would go to Gulfport the next day since we were going to do some sightseeing and that kind of stuff in New Orleans.

We decided we would do the bus tour thing. The bus tour was interesting, and I would know since I have been in New Orleans in 1998. We saw many different stuff around the town of New Orleans. After the bus tour, we went to a hotel. It was the exact same hotel my grandparents, Clinton, Chris, Kevin, Marcia, my sister and I had stayed in in June of 1998.

Soon after we checked into the hotel, we all then went outside to walk to a nearby restaurant. I've eaten in this same resturant before too a couple of times. They had EXCELLENT chocolate brownie pies! Nice, warm, sweet, and chocolatey. Almost everyone had a piece.

Afterwards, we just walked around for a while, and then went back to the hotel for the night.

In the morning, we woke up and had breakfast in the small hotel restaurant. Then we got ready to go to the aquarium. We walked out the hotel together, and started heading towards the aquarium by foot. I was telling my cousins how this aquarium was a lot better than the one in Denver.

"I'm telling you! This aquarium is much better! Bigger, more creatures, I like it tons more!"I kept saying over and over and over.

"Ok ok ok shut up about it already Meghan!"Emily told me, tired of hearing the same thing over and over.

We got to the aquarium, and explored the place. My cousins decided that it was better than the one in Denver. We spent about a couple of hours there, the went back to the hotel. We checked out of the hotel, got into our vehicles, and started the short trip to Gulfport.

We drove across this long bridge, and soon arrived in Gulfport.
