We just spent the rest of the day just hanging and chatting. For dinner, it was pizza. Grandma had ordered a couple large pizzas and Grandpa just had fish and soup of some kind. Grandpa was the one who watched his cholesterol. There were pepperoni pizzas and canadian bacon and pineapple. Everybody enjoyed their dinners.
After dinner, it was decided that we would go to the park. We all split up to get in different vehicles. Grandma, Grandpa, Emily, and I were in their red Fords explorer car. Matthew, Katie, Sara, Kevin, Marcia, Brenda, Clinton, and Chris were in Kevin's van. The Hansons followed us in their rented car. We all drove to the park, and parked in the parking lot. Katie, Sara, and Matthew ran about the park, getting on the swings, going down the slides, etc... Hanson and I just hung out and watched. Emily watched too, but didn't hang out with us. Of course I had my videocamera so I was videotaping.
As I videotaped, I was playing around with the effects on the camera. I was having fun! I walked around the park, videotaping my young cousins playing, Hanson talking, the adults chattering, and Emily watching. Emily and I did hnag out together once in a while. I gave the video camera to Emily so that Zac and I could be crazy and play around. Katie, Zac, and I went to the merry-go-round thingy, and Katie jumped on. Tay and Ike decided to join in on the fun. Walker of course had his camera too and was taping us.
Ike and I got on the merry-go-round thingy with Katie, and Tay and Zac ran around, spinning us. Then when they decided it was fast enough, they jumped on too. Katie was screaming!
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!"went Katie.
I was just laughing, having a lot of fun.
"FASTER!!!"Katie shrieked, making Zac jump off so he could make us spin around even faster, making Katie scream even louder.
When we stopped spinning, we got off and Katie ran off to the huge slides with Sara and Matthew. I went up to Emily.
"Hey Em, wanna play tag?"I asked her.
"Sure, but who's going to tape?"she replied.
I just shrugged my shoulders. I took the camera, and gave it to Chris. She said she would tape us playing tag. Hanson decided to join in on the game. Emily was trying to back out when they said they would play, but I forced her to play. She needed to have some fun!
