Date of Birth: 9.13.67

My name is Anthony Delgado and I'm of Mexican descent. Born in Fresno, California. I'm six feet one inch tall and weigh 190 pounds. I'm on death row in California. I've been here in San Quentin since mid 2000. For a long time I though it would be easier to shut the world out and I've learned it hurts me more than it helps. I'm now trying to reach out and find someone to write to. I need to find someone I can exchange ideas, feelings and opinions with. Someone to liven me up 'cause this place can be very depressing and even more lonely. I'd like someone who would consider visiting, but if you can't that's fine.
I hope you can send pictures to show what's out there - what you're doing and where you've been. Some one who'll tell me what they're trying to accomplish and the obstacles you face.
In short, I'm in a cell all but nine hours a week, where I'm allowed to go to a cage with nothing in it but me, so writing would allow me to experience or at least imagine what's going on, and especially allow me to be a person, even more so a man, by sharing my feelings in response to yours. I prefer a woman to respond, I'm around men all day. I miss the female companionship and I'd rather travel the female mind.
So I hope you can find some time to write and give me a chance to be a friend. I hope to prove that I can be someone you're comfortable writing to and open up to the idea of being real friends.
Thanks for your time and take care.
Anthony
