This is the license agreement for the "Demo
Screen Saver " ("the software"). The
software is protected by copyright laws. Title to the
software shall at all times remain with the author.
The software is licensed by the author to you for
your use strictly in accordance with the following
terms and conditions. The acts of installing or using
the software.
Use
of the Software
You may download the software as often as necessary.
You may install and use the software on an unlimited
number of computers for your personal use only. There
is no charge to download, install, or use this screen
saver demo software.
You assume the
entire risk of installing and using the software.
You may not sell,
rent, loan, sublease, or redistribute the software.
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse
engineer, or translate the software.
Disclaimer
of Warranty
The software is provided and licensed "as is"
without warranty of any kind, either express or
implied, including but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. In no event will the author, the
parties hosting and maintaining the distribution
infrastructure, or its agents be liable to you for
any damages, including without limitation lost
profits or revenues, loss of data, business
interruption loss, recovery or substitution costs, or
claims by third parties, or other indirect incidental
or consequential damages arising out of the
installation or use of or inability to install or use
the software.
System
Requirements
Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME and NT. The processor should
be at least a 486 or equivalent. Display Properties
Colors should be set to at least 256 colors, if not
higher.
There is no Macintosh support at this time.
Demo version is available for download and is fully
functional for 3 days. After that time the screen
saver will no longer work. All screen savers come with easy one step uninstall feature.
