My First Posting Kenya | |

| My first posting came about because the Kuwait crisis. The regiment that was in Kenya got sent there, and we went to Kenya to be next reserves to go to Kuwait. But nothing came of the crisis. And we stayed in Kenya 10 months, most of this time I spent on a Telephone Exchange. I could have phoned any where in the world for free. But at that time I didn’t know a soul with a Telephone. | |||||||

This photo was taken on my way out there. We stopped half way for fuel. I can remember the name of the country I do remember the camel spitting at me & trying to bite me.
